Whilst in Australia recently, I purchased a 12" Digital Photo Frame. I used it exactly once and thereafter the USB port gave an error message that it could not be read. On checking, I note that the internals of the port have dissapeared completely and will no longer work. I have had the photoframe less than a month and require the name of your RSA agent so that I can return it for repair. I reside in Johannesburg. I look forward to receiving your urgent reply.
