I purchased an Apple Macbook from you through Amazon last December on the 4th. The Amazon order number was***-1495431. Recently I purchased the apple care plan, and was told that my macbook didn't fit the criteria for coverage. But I know that I still have a couple months, however as I don't have a sales receipt/ proof of purchase they won't help me. I sent them the only documentation that I received, being the shipping conformation that I got from Amazon. I was hoping that you could help me out and provide me with the documents needed to lengthen my guarantee.
