With regards i would like to inform you that i have bought a campus shoe on 3rd/dec/2009 form CHAPPAL EMPORIUM (show room name) but after 3 months my shoes has been torned , so as my shoe was in warranty period i have gone back to this show room to replace my shoe , but this show room owner has said that he cant do anything for me but when i have said that i am going to consumer forum than this man has come in action and has replaced my shoe but when i was taking back my replaced shoe he has charged me Rs 150 extra and also has behaved with me and he has also said now onwards he will not give me warranty on this shoe that has been replaced . I only want to say that if this thing happend with everyone than your company will come in darkness one day . 1 think i will tell you that i will come go to consumer forum if no action will take place against this show room.
