Having learnt through your website that your company is in a position to supply Iron Ore, hence we write to you. We're direct to USA Stock Exchange Listed Company's trading division acting as the industrial goods sourcing and distribution arm for the parent company's family of industrial companies. The trading division is responsible for sourcing, vetting, purchasing, organizing logistics and distribution of the various industrial commodities used by parent company and its family of subsidiary and affiliate client companies located throughout China.
The trading division is looking for a reliable supplier of Iron Ore from India as they have their exit steel mills buyers, large and medium scale only. They're currently delivering their own Iron Ore from Chile and Mexico and're looking toward a long-term tie-up with a reputed miner/seller from India. Hence please advise if your company is in a position to arrange a steady supply of voluminous quantity of Iron Ore. The Client can place large orders if your company as the Seller can prove past shipment. Client company has a due-dilegence form (draft to be sent) that needs to be filled on approval of a soft offer. Without these the Vice-President of Commercial trading and also the person in charge of all Mining and Production Aspects of client company are reluctant to send the ICPO/LOI. As they verify everything, before sending out documentation, they will also need to see previous shipping history to China (Inspection Certificates and Bill of Lading). Our communication is with the Vice-President of Commercial trading and also with the person in charge of all Mining and Production Aspects of client company. The Due-Diligence on behalf of the the client for supply of minerals from India is undertaken by our company.
