inquiry to Batteries défctueuses

Messieurs, J'ai acheté auprès de QUADIMPORT un scooter Twister 1000W 36V 8¨. A la livraison, le 06/09/2016, j'ai constaté que les batteries étaient défectueuses. J'ai contacté immédiatement QUADIMPORT et ils m'ont dit que l'on allait venir chercher les batteries et les remplacer par un nouveau kit. A la livraison de celles-ci le 19/09/2016 on m'a livré des batteries usagées SANS CONNECTION ET DATEES DU 07/2011 DONC INUTILISABLES!!! Il s'agit sans doute d'une erreur, j'ai contacté immédiatement QUADIMPORT et depuis plus de nouvelles. Je fais appel à vous afin d'essayer de résoudre ce problème n'ayant plus aucun contact avec QUADIMPORT. Il s'agit de l'ordre 89569 livré à C. Lebrun - Fond de Bondry, 2 - 1342 LIMELETTE - BELGIQUE.
