Bal Pharma unit 1, at Bangalore deals with finished formulation for the manufacture of Tablets, Capsules and Ointments with FDF facility. The plant is approved as per the guidelines of ISO 9001: 2000 and has undergone major up gradation to meet the requirements of various regulatory bodies including the MHRA – UK and MCC – South Africa, inspections for which are being currently initiated.
Bal Pharma unit 2, at Bangalore deals with API business, has the competence and knowledge to undertake more than 30 different types of complex chemical reactions and is based on cost and quality leadership. The plant is multipurpose facility as per WHO GMP and PIC guidelines approved by EDQM, TGA, MOH-Iran, and MOH-Canada. Bal Pharma is one of the first companies to successfully file and receive approval from MHLW-Japan. We have ISO 9001 -2000 certificate.
Bal Pharma unit 3, at Pune deals with IV fluids and Oral liquids operating on FFS technology (Form, Fill and Seal). The plant is as per WHO GMP guidelines and has ample expansion capabilities for the manufacture of both large volume parenterals and small volume ophthalmic preparations.
Bal Pharma unit 4, at Uttaranchal is our new formulation facility designed as per WHO GMP and PIC guidelines to meet the growing demands for finished dosage form and also available for contract manufacturing.
During the last few years, BAL Pharma has been able to create and move forward an impressive development portfolio through its research and development strategy. A dedicated team of more than 30 research scientist works in our state of art research center at Bangalore. Research facility is equipped with latest scientific instruments like 300 Mhz NMr. GCMS, HPLC etc.
