My name in Juanjo Campello a young spanish who lives more that 1 year in Shanghai. I am 38 years old Spanish man, with more than 12 years experience as shoe designer and product developer manager. Extremely hard worker, dedicated and self motivated.
I have been graduated in Design Footwear/Accessories HND Evening Degree at Cordwainers Fashion College in London and International Commerce HND Degree at Victoria Kent Business College in Alicante, Then I had the chance to apply and extend my theoretical knowledge in some important European shoe companies, improving my languages skills. (English, Italian, German fluently & learning Chinese)
After that, I have specially been able to learn from many challenging and situations in Design and Development in Footwear & Accessories, having realized several own collections. My expertise is in young creative men and women shoes, in different types as elegant and casual shoes. But i have also the skills to manage the proceess of the Clothing product developing
Among others, coaching design teams, managing projects using computer systems, setting up suppliers and customer relationships in Manufacturer and Customers, have virtually become a routine.
But after all, the most valuable lesson has been that the human team relationship is very important, and only if you are able to understand it, your company will be successful too.
Based on my education, international experience and excellent understanding of customer needs, I believe that I would be a good candidate for your company.
