Our company is purchasing your Chlorella (cell wall broken) powder. We require some more information on this material for a customers import permit and I hope you could please kindly answer my questions below and send me some more information:
1.Is the Chlorella grown in a open or closed processing system (please supply photographs)
2.Flow chart that outlines the manufacturing process for the product
3.List all ingredients of all fertilisers (including manure), culture media and nutrients used during each stage of manufacture (ingredient, species of origin, country of origin)
4.Are there any live animals (including domestic, wild and native) present on, or with access to the grounds of the cultivation facility?
5.Does the manufacturing facility store or use any animal and/or microbial derived material? (if yes, specify)
6.Are the animal and/or microbial derived materials segregated from the material used for manufacture of product for Australia?
7.Has the microalgae undergone any heat treatment? –temperature and duration.
