I want you to know that i am a commission agent. Due to my relationship with members of the contract awarding committee of the organization, many firms have gotten many contracts through my company effort over the years. If you win this contract through my company effort, I will be entitled to 1% commission as gratification to my company. The 1% commission will emanate by increasing the prices of your product by 1% in your profoma invoice to accommodate my commission. This money (the 1%) will only be paid to me after you must have received your full contract payment from the organization.
The approved items are needed by organization of the country. The approved items has been planned to be procured by this organization for their ongoing rehabilitation and promotional program in the country. All these compounded, is a strategy by the ECOWAS commission to boost food production in the sub-region.
The tender informations that are urgently needed for the submission to the contract awarding committee is as below and the payment is 70% advance payment to the contractor and the remaining 30% to be pay later.
1/ The Profoma invoice covering the (5000 PIECES OF TRACTORS) for submission to the contract awarding committee of economic community of west African state [ECOWAS] contract awarding committee for approval[the price you will give should also make provision for my 1% commission as your local agent as I told you earlier.
2/ your company certificate of incorporation and registration according to the registration law of your country.
3/ Your Company latter of intent/intention to supply the5000 PIECES OF TRACTORS, you should address it to the organization as the prime buyer of the TRACTORS
