Buyer issues BCL to seller.
Seller issues draft contract for buyer’s review.
The buyer signs and seals the draft contract and returns it to seller.
The seller issue Final contract for buyer review.
The buyer signs and seals the final contract and returns to seller.
The seller signs and seals the final contract and returns to buyer.
The seller issues POP via Courier or Bank to the buyer.
Buyer issues Non operative Irrevocable Transferable Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit to Seller Bank.
Seller issues 2% Performance bond to buyer’s bank to activate L/C as operative.
The shipment commences.
