My name is RANAIVO Alexandre Boutrous, I am from Madagascar, the purpose of this email is to inform you an International Tender for the supply of 1,000 (Thousand) dairy cows, in first gestation, gestation of 3 or 4 months, aged to 18 to 30 months, weighing at least 350 Kg distributed as follows 500 Holstein, 200 Normandes, 100 Brunes des Alpes and 200 Montbéliardes, but after discussion with the responsible of the ministry the total number could be increased to 1,500 cows distributed as follow, 1,000 Holstein, 500 Jersey breeds/Holstein-Jersey crossing to replace the French breeds.
a) You will be the bidder,
b) I would be your local representative, I have experience with such Tender, and I would help you complete all the formalities required at the DAO-Dossier d’Appel d’Offres (Tender), and will take care of everything locally; I can send you the tender file I already bought; There will be other importations because Madagascar must increase its milk and meat production.
I have experience with livestock business, managing, exporting by ship, unloading and taking care of cattle.
For my cooperation and my services I would ask you for a 10% commission that you will only pay me when you have cashed your entire bill.
