Mr. Rodrigo, I decided to renew contact to tell you that after the last message I sent you I had received two other messages from PanamaHatMall, one in Portuguese and another in French. I must tell you that this had never happened before so it was very embarrassing to notice that there are some people inside PanamaHatMall that are trying to ofend me using the company services. Today I received a message with the accessory they told they don't have anymore because of the manufacturers, an elegant label made by horse-hair. So, this is ashamed. Thanks for everything you do to me because I like the panamas very much and they are doing very success here where I live and I really would like to buy others but only if this situation is solved or never happened again.
