DMDM Hydantoin

Hi!, Considering the ratio of 0.1 to 0.6% when using Hydantoin, what is the safe ratio used when making cosmetics? lotion, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash? creams, balms? if I were going to make a base using hydantoin and aloe vera to use in recipes (where other ingredients are part such as distilled water, oils, essential oils, etc)what will it be the correct ratio to use? I woud love to make a concentrate that I could use when making my products (such as aloe vera & hydantoin)have any sugestions? Also what is the price and quantity? Are you familiar with formulas? if so, what are your fees?
