I am looking for a supply chain partner to consolidate shipments, repackage (bulk to final package), packaging (POP, Clam Shell, Logo application to products), warehouse management and shipping. My existing supply base is through out China with anticipated shipments to my other locations through out the world. This opportunity would require a flexible supplier who would manage my inventory, sell me products, and also be managing supplier owned material. This opportunity would grow significantly once established. I want a flexible cost based solution (storage space, labor, and materials). All Logistics cost from the warehousing consolidation to my locations would be my responsibility for cost with inland freight being the best cost structure available through yours, the manufacturers, or my logistics agreements.
