I bought an Ergo Lounger two summers ago and have loved it except for the fact that it faded after one summer. Now, at the start of the third summer, the material has deteriorated and two areas in the center section have large "rips" where the strands have separated. One is about 6 inches long, the other about 4 inches. They increase in size with each use and it will shortly be unusable. It is a lot of money for something that lasted only two summers. I thought you should know about a product you represent.
Your ads are misleading:
"ErgoLounger is a quality product built with a purpose and built to last. Engineering alone renders this a piece of 'equipment'. ErgoLounger will bridge the gap between recreational and therapeutic use. You can buy it, you can inherit it, but you're not going to find this in a garage sale two years from now." - Dr. John K. Worz
You won't "find this in a garage sale" after two years because it falls apart before that.
Do you at least have a patch available so the chair isn't a total loss?
