Back pack problem

I purchased a new backpack, Model ALPINE 105+20 for my recent Alaskan hunting trip. On the second day of the hunt, the left shoulder strap webbing stitching ripped out causing me to have to "ziptie" it together to continue the remaining 5 days of my hunt. This also made the strap nonadjustable and my backpack was out of balance, causing my journey to be more cumbersome.
