On behalf of our client, a well-known medical device company, we are writing to you to inquire if you are interested in becoming a new supplier for digital thermometers. We are highly interested in your company and your products and would appreciate your offer.
Regarding a business cooperation, please find below a brief description of the requirements:
We need to know whether you manufacture the thermometers yourself or whether you purchase them from another source
The target price has to be under € 1,75 / pc
The annual quantity would be between 500.000 and 600.000 pieces
Incoterm: ex works
Compliance with the requirements of the technical specifications and features of the product described in the document attached
Confirmation that your product and the agreed use of the product as a fever thermometer does not, to the best of your knowledge, infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights.
