To whom it may concern:
I am very disappointed by a recent purchase of one of your products, namely: the Cosonic CD-828MV Headphones. I have had these for less than eight months and already the bracket holding the earpiece to the over-the-head support has snapped. There was no undue pressure exerted on the headphones or this 'hinge/bracket' - it simply broke as I was putting them on.
I have attempted to glue this unit back together, but the earpiece will no longer sit at the correct angle, making them too uncomfortable to wear any longer. To say I am totally disappointed would be a great understatement as these headphones came highly recommended by numerous websites. I do not wish to complain about the quality of the speakers, or the microphone, as these have been of excellent quality (and still are). It is the flimsy nature of the bracket and/or hinge that concerns me the most - as they should not break so easily, given the nature of their expected daily use and which therefore gives me great cause to hesitate in purchasing further Cosonic products, or even to recommend them to anyone else! I believe they should not have broken in the manner they did - leaving me with a useless pair of headphones which are now too uncomfortable to use at all.
I wish you to know how disappointed I am with this product and I trust that this email will be used by your company to investigate this fault and to rectify it in any further headphones you may wish to release onto the global market.
