Please help.
We own a JNC Digital Recorder with Power Voice II Installation disc. We’ve been using it successfully for a while, however now there’s a problem when I insert the recorder via USB – it suggests there is new software to install. When Installation disc is re-inserted, and Modify and Repair have been attempted, the error message then reads “Searching for PV Manager.exe” when I attempt to start the Program. Uninstalled, Re-Installed, Restarted computer and EVERYTHING.
Once, and only once, I somehow tricked the process and it worked again but now it’s back to not recognizing the Recorder and not accepting the Installation disc. Please let me know how I can fix this problem. I have valuable info on the Recorder which I cannot transfer. Sept 2009.
