I ordered a ring from Glencara that payment was immediately withdrawn from my account, I have not received my merchandise nor a respinse from several emails and phone calls to Glencara. even when you call within the hours given the ansering machine picks up. I am on the verge of reporting Glencara and TRK holdings to the better business bureau and filing a dispute with my card company. please respond as your other company will not so do. thank you. my order number was 210145433,I ordered a ladies emerald claddagh ring. the destination zipcode was 21075. I am very disappointed with the customer service that has been provided.
