The Refinery is therefore offering a possible partnership between Petroil Refinery Inc and your esteemed company in Petroleum oil distribution and marketing through a Joint Business Partnership network. Petroil Refinery Inc will provide all logistics and human Resources that will ensure the effective take off of this Joint Business partnership. We will also ensure that all your company's data are fully programmed and included into our Refinery database system and be published in our news update colunm on our website as our authorized seller/distributor of the refinery petroleum oil products to the petroleum oil global market with a 300% profit ownership of every petroleum oil sold and distributed as our refinery registered,allocated and authorized JBP seller/distributor.We have signed an MOU with Oil Shippers Inc with website as *** to give vessels,ULCC and VLCC,hualage tankers services to all registered and allocation licensed sellers and distributors of our petroleum oil refinery. 1) Petroil Refinery Inc will be responsible for chartering of vessels, loading(CIF,FOB or TT) of the petroleum oil products to any safe ports in the world as will be directed by the JBP company or as may be agreed between our refinery JBP company and his exit buyer .
2) Petroil Refinery Incorporated will after signing a Joint Business Partnership agreement with your esteemed company build a huge petroleum oil storage facility tank in your country for your company local distribution purposes (This will make it easy for your company to distribute effectively to your country's Domestic Oil market).
3) After successfully signing and negotiation of this JVP with your esteemed company, we will provide support were necessary to your company to enable your company perform effectively in the global oil market.
While the duty of your company on this JBP will be the following.
1) Your company will distribute effectively the petroleum oil products which will be supplied to your company and ensure it is sold to buyers in the world market.
2) Your company will be in charge of receiving the money directly from buyers and after financial evaluation will remit our 60% to our Bank while 40% goes to your company.
