My name is Ido Goren and I Import department manager of Maman Group Eilat Ltd.
Our company is one of the biggest Wholesale and Distribution Company in the southern part of Israel.
The company also owns two supermarkets located at the touristy city of Eilat.
Our company has been operating for 40 years with a turnover of over 20 million USD per annum, staff of 100 employees, 600 clients and a variety of 15,000 inventory items.
As part of the long-term strategy of the company, the company will import some of our main items in order to ensure all year round and timely supply.
One of our main clients, which are one of the biggest burgers chain in Israel would like to buy their French fries from us.
Their annual consumption of French fries is about 400 ton.
In addition we would like to import a high quality brand which will be supplied to all of our clients and supermarkets.
Therefore, we assume that our annual order should be around 800 ton.
We would like to check the option working together.

2. French fries 10mm
3. French fries 14mm
4. Steakhouse fries
5. Breaded onion rings
In order to do so, we would kindly ask for the following:
1. Ex-works price list of the items mentioned above – please mention which port is the closest to your location.
2. CIF price list of the items mentioned above – landed port should be Ashdod, Israel.
3. Custom codes of these items.
4. What kind of certification does your company have (HACCP, GMP, KOSHER etc.)?
In addition, we would appreciate if you could supply us with some samples of the items mentioned above in order to allow us verifying with our clients that these are the products and quality they are actually looking for.
