Dear J Nagin
Thank you for the enquiry
The two above brochures give you a good idea of two of the downstream concentrating formats that we supply. We will of course have to specify dual / tandem / multiple RG plants to cater for your tonnage requirements. These will be in the form of possibly RG60 or RG150 Scrubbers with Knelson Concentrators as downstream processing modules. (we may recommend an RG500 but this may be too much dependant on return loads a good in depth knowledge of your requirement will be nessesary to establish this. This will also be feed material dependant. A good idea will be to send us some representative samples of the feed material as this will help on specifying your exact requirements process equipment wise.
Find below some budget estimates for standard RG Scrubbing plants ex works RSA (no freight rate included yet)
We shall be sending you a quotation for testwork on feed samples by seperate email
WATER REQUIREMENT
Our systems are gravity recovery systems and do use fair quantity of water as below> (also bare in mind that for required tonnages you would have to increase the water pro-rata)
The RG60 will use 8 to 10 CUBIC METRES OF WATER AND HOUR
The RG150 will use 18 to 22 CUBIC METRES OF WATER AN HOUR
A possible recovery can be made of up to 25% in some cases of water
Required Tonnages
You have asked for a 200 T/Day plant and 1000 T/Day plants
We will have to specify dual or multiple in tandem RG plants to cater for this and therefore the price will be different to above as will the water usage. This will also be feed material dependant. A good idea will be to send us some representative samples of the feed material as this will help on specifying your exact requirements process equipment wise.
We shall send you details on sample costs by seperate email.
Pricing for STANDARD RG SCRUBBING PLANTS
Standard RG Scrubbing plants are approximate prices as below however you may require to either swarm the Rg Plants or run tandem/multiple plants and then the price will of course vary. So this is an initial pricing and just for the RG60 and RG150 standard gold module plants at 6t/hr feed for the RG60 and 20t/hr for the RG150
RG60 Scrubber Plant Complete (including generator internal water pump/ pond liner/upgrade table/electrics MD12 Knelson Concentrator/ spares/accessories
US$139600.00
RG150 Scrubber Plant Complete (including generator internal water pump/ pond liner/upgrade table/electrics MD20 Knelson Concentrator/ spares/accessories
US$205500.00
Above are ex works South Africa prices and shipping costs shall need to be established (We shall look at these shortly and advise)
If you doubled these prices as a thumbsuck estimate for your tonnage requirements you would very safely be well within the price range required...... however we envisage some saving as when dualizing oyou can save on some inputs. Therefore use these as budget estimates until we ascetain exact rquirements.
General Info RG Plants
The heart of our modular process plants is the RG Scrubber which can be used with various downstream process equipment to cater for various minerals (Gold/Silver Chromite Tin Gemstones Tantalite Heavy Sands etc.) using particular downstream process equipment to cater for the targeted mineral
The RG Scrubbing plants have many advantages>
Mobility (easy to erect re-locate and re-erect)
Ease of operation (Relatively simple to operate with few operators)
Chemical Free (Chemical free processing in entirety)
Efficient (highly efficient recovery using Knelson Concentrators as well as other gravity extraction methods)
The RG scrubbing plants come in three sizes RG60 (4 to 6t/hr feedrate) RG150 (15 to 20t/hr feedrate) and RG500 60 80t/hr feedrate)
The usual material targeted is mineral bearing fines (-3mm) in rubble feed (this means one can feed rubble containing oversize up to 150mm...or even fairly oversize fee material).
The concept is very simple and robust. RG Scrubbers cope very well with the tenacious African clay found in many areas. All that is needed is water on hand (Power can be generated on site by means of diesel generators (RG60 plant 30KVA and RG150 60KVA to 100KVA with the RG500 being process specific).
We shall be sending you more information on all aspects by seperate emails shortly. We strongly advise you to visit us in either Johannesburg or Harare to discuss your requirements in person and to have a look at some plants and the laboratory facility. This will be the best way forward. Failing which we could entertain a visit to your area but travel costs will be raised.
