Please inform to the seller we're sure with the condition i gived to you. CIF, 2 millions barrils by month for 12 months extensible, Port Houston (USA). The representatives of buyer will come in Nigeria to see the information (POP and Q88) documents and they stay with you maximum 48 hours to close the deal. I will comfirm to you we travel to Nigeria between 20 to 22 september 2011. Between 18 to 20 septembre we will be in Chad.

DEAL
The buyer representatives will be in Chad from 18th to 20th September 2011, and will be in Nigeria from the 20th to 22nd September 2011.
Your seller have to make sure that the POP and Q88 is in his bank before the 18th of September 2011 and all the necessary information and arrangements be made for the buyer
representatives to meet with seller and seller mandate, to confirm the documents at the seller' bank. And they will sign contract 48hr after confirmation of POP, Q88
in seller's bank.
Seller' confirmation is needed soon as possible so we can made arrangements for the buyer representatives visit between the 20th - 22nd of September 2011.
The buyer rep. contacted me for confirmation of your seller's price and discount. He also gave me the 3 buyers representatives that's will be coming down Nigeria, and resquest selle
company to send them letters of invitation to the 3 buyers represtative to process their Nigeria visas.
It takes from 5-14 days for processing of Nigeria visa, so you see that there is a need for urgency to get all information to the buyer rep. to get their Nigeria Visa on time to enter
Nigeria from 20th September 2011, because they will be in Chad on the 18th September 2011.
I assured him that he will get confirmation of the seller's CIF price and discount, and also invitation letters for the 3 representatives within the week.
I need you to send me the CIF price and discount.
