Last week, Mr. ABED ELSLAM KYTB, from the export department of Wacerco, contacted my partner aaron trumper and me proposing cement portland 42,5 origin egypt 55 dolars cif. We started dealing with a first deal for our client in panama who needs 7500 mt x 12 shipment (or 12.500 mt x 8 shipment). After a few emails up and down it seems we are bloqued, perhaps our english is not good enough and we dont succeed to explain ourselves good enough and we apologize in this case.
This is what we need:
1) Concerning the payment conditions we would like to be able to offer a solid guarantee to our client when payment will be done. The requested 50% payment in advance is a condition very difficult-hard to accept by any client. We suggested that after contrat is signed, after a proof of founds from your side and a proof of product of his side are ok, a (usual condition) of a 100% irrevocable revolving letter of credit will be opened to wacerco, full payment will be made after shipment .
2) We also would like to suggest to our client to come to egypt to visit the cement factory and sign with your company the purchase contract (can suggest available dates?)
3) Before all, we need that your company recognize clearly and rightly our company fees (the company of aaron trumper's and mine), the fees beeing the difference between the price payed by the client and the 55 dollars cif cost price. a ncnda would also be signed between ours both companies. We suggest you send us your ncnda proposal fullfiled with your company data in order we fullfilled our data
Mr. Ibrahim Elwazeer, continiously we deal with many clients, important deals and also less important as our panama client, but all of them, bis and small get our best service.
We can do good business for our both companies, if you want of course and if we can keep giving raisonable price and payement coinditions to our client in order that your company from one side, and our client from thew other side feel the deal give good garantee to every body.
