I am contacting you today from the UK as we are looking for a manufacturer to assist in designing and manufacturing an Inflatable Mattress with arches at the base to give access to a disabled hoist.
The product we envisage would look something like an automatic Inflatable mattress, complete with pump, with a soft type of material on the top of the mattress and obviously very durable made of thick material so that it is not easily punctured.
We are thinking of manufacturing a single mattress initially and if all goes well we will then look at a double mattress.
The complete height of the product to be approx One (1) metre high.
Length around Two (2) metres.
Width One (1) metre.
Height and width of Arches at the base of the mattress:
Height to be 20cms and the Width 15cms.
With the Arches at 20cms in Height and 15cms in width and spaced every 20cms, though I am no expert off how this will affect the overall comfort and stability of the mattress.
Please could you advise me if you are able to manufacture this product and if so how much would the initial Pro-type cost and the cost per item there after ?
