Hi,
I brought a Durafon 1x online from you 10/11/10 and it arrived today here in australia.
We did not receive an invoice number or anything. We only have the Customs Declaration Dispatch Note
I have tried to register it with our base station but it will not register.
I have emailed Engenius asking whether it won't register because the base station Durafon 1x
( S/N-902 AU )is for Australia only. If this is the case a genuine mistake has been made on our part in ordering the phone that is not compatable. We assumed that all Engenius Durafons would be compatable to each other
Please advise me if we can return the phone or any other solution you have to our problem.
