We are looking for a potential partner to work with us for the attached programs and would like to know if you are interested in it. Before we can proceed we need to ensure that you are a compliant factory and able to pass Europe regulations.
Please see below requirements to fill back the information (price and packing) on the last section of the excels to us on or before Nov 24.
-Payment term: L/C 120DAYS from arrival in Port.
-Must be LCL FOB price.
-FOB price can be based on 1 DC first and then tell us how much will be charged for each extra DC.
-Price valid period: Should we quote for 1 year
-3% own brand marketing contribution. Please state 2 different prices with and without 3% allowance.
-Factory social compliance report: must have it within 1 year acceptable score, such as BSCI ( Business Trade Initiative ) .
-Test report: All products must comply with European regulation, thus, test report is required.
-Audit, test and Inspection will be vendor expense
-3rd party inspection is required.
-Samples: How long does it take after buyer confirmed the prices?
-Packaging: Our customer has nominated printer to check for your print proof before mass printing.
-$500 EUR per artwork design.
