I am Nassif Bachaalani a Lebanese businessman working mainly in plastic machinery supplies for my Lebanese and Arab customers.
I used to buy machinery from China mainly and Taiwan, I even adopt my own line for film product recycling under Recyclingtec brand and already sold 4 complete lines one to Kuwait,1 to Syria, and two for Lebanon. The four line are working with satisfactory from my clients.
For the time being I have a Lebanese customer who is looking to establish a new recycling plant for the same products “I.E. PE and PP film” but he is not actually interested in Chinese or Taiwanese machinery and instead he would rather buy a European complete line preferable used factory that is in perfect working condition and the owner of this factory in planning to upgrade his machinery or expand then my client will be ready to come to the site for inspection and buy the machinery dismantle them and ship them to Lebanon.
Also my client would not mind buying new line being the cost is reasonable and affordable. Accordingly I will appreciate your cooperation either buy locating a used complete plant line or quote for a new line.
The line we are looking for is to produce:
LDPE, Shopping bags, green houses, shrink film etc..
LLDPE, wrapping film
HDPE, Shopping bags.
PP, packaging material.
Capacity to be produced is 400~600 KG/hour.
The line should consist of:
1- Shredding
2- Prewashing
3- Friction washing,
4- Rinsing, Floating tank system with wheel to push the material.
5- Dewatering
6- Drying
7- Pelletizing, Granulating. Water head cooling cutting extruder
Please note that our raw material are to be supplied from trash dumping sites therefore you will have to take into consideration that the products are to be very dirty and smelly so the washing system should handle this fact and be reliable to wash efficiently.
Our water supplies are reasonable yet we will need a sedimentation water plant either we will build it in Lebanon as per you specs and recommendation in case you are actually involve in this kind of water purification for recycling plants.
