I didn't write to you for long time. Sorry about it. It was nothing good to report and I feeled bad to report you about new delays and failures. After 2002 General Elections, new Provincial Government was formed, all previous politicians had lost elections and were out. New Governor and his new team became against anything and anybody who was connected to previous leadership. Our loan project was put on hold and was investigated by local police on fraud matter. All our attempts to revive our project were ignored. I was compelled to close my office due to financial problems - I have spent sufficient amount of money to bring this loan project to final stage - we made reseach, feasibility studies in the province and prepared development plan with concret projects that should be implemented in province using loan funds: technical designs, estimates, land allocations, approvals, engagement of contractors etc. It required constant travells between Port Moresby and province by plane, hotels, rent a cars, food etc. As result, I found myself in difficult situation - money is gone, new Government is ignoring us, no any positive perspective. To recover losses and to put myself on track, I went to another business and it took me 2-3 years to make my small business profitable and give me some money to feel free and secure.
I decided to take Provincial Government to court to recover my losses and demages - now I have money to pay lawyers and I think we have good case: my company was officially engaged, we have contract, our development projects submission was approved by Provincial Assambly. I know that you have also spent time and efforts for this loan project and even situation was out of our control I feel bad about all this outcome. If I win this case I will defenetly send you some money to compensate your time.
