A plan of investing in future leaders of China
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a plan of investing in future leaders of China.
Nowadays, in China, the leaders are pressed to show the contribution of Chinese creating and inventing of science and technology to the world. However, up to now, there is not even one Chinese scientist who has won the Nobel Prize. Hence, if someone with the China nationality has won one item of Nobel Prize, he will be selected into the centre government as a leader because this reward is believed the highest premiums in Chinese culture. The Chinese leader hopes to encourage more people to make the invention of science and technology in this way.
However, in China, excepting the President and Prime Minister, most of the other government science officials, unless got enough money, are not enthusiast to recommend the excellent scientist. The reason is that these officials will not get promotion and rich from this kind of things but from bribing their head.
In the past 6 years, I have made two important discoveries in physics field. These achievements make me to be the potential winner of Nobel Prize. However, the other scientist has made efforts to have these achievements for over 100 years, but fail to do them. In addition, my theory is opposite to classical theory. Hence, the authorities in these science filed are jealous and unhappy of accepting my theory even though my theory have been justified by the experiment results generally recognized.
Based on these, I ask you a favor to help me by talk into those science authorities accept my theory by supplying the financial support to their science research. These donation show that your company are interesting in the public welfare. And to repay to your company, when my aim of wining Nobel Prize has been realized and I have got into the Chinese government, I will make efforts to enlarge the benefits of your company in Chinese market.
My achievements include:
1. Acoustics and Noise control
(1) The sound absorption formula and vibration sound absorption model of porous material.
(2) The resonance frequency formula of tight porous material
(3) The sound absorption formula of soft membrane in free vibration state.
These achievements are very important in building acoustics and noise control field. In fact, these problems have been studied for over 100 years but other scientists cannot solve them. In addition, my theory is opposite to classical theory.
2. Atmosphere Optics
Being recognizing by most of the scientist, some people suggest me to introduce my acoustics achievements into another research field. After that, I made a new discovery in the optics. From my research experience in sound absorption spectra, I have found the electromagnetic wave absorbs spectrum formula of atmosphere and also established the absorption model of molecules in atmosphere. The electromagnetic wave absorbs spectrum of atmosphere is also called atmospheric windows. The atmospheric windows plays the important role in Geoscience field and high technology in military. The atmospheric windows figure has also been developed since 1881 and now quoted by most of the optics and remote sensing literature. While other scientists have research the law of electromagnetic wave absorbs in atmosphere for over a hundred years but not got it.
Comparing with the Nobel Prize winner recently, I found that my achievements make me possibility to be recommended to run for the Nobel Prize. However, my achievements are outstanding and anti classical authority theories, which make some authority scientists jealous and unhappy to accept my theory. Nevertheless, the formulas and theory models I have established are so simple that even the bachelor of physics can justify them.
I make you a request to justify my papers by your company’s employee who own the degree of physics firstly. If my papers is justified no problems, you can start this plan.
