Subject: Possible Cooperation
Dear Sirs,
We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a trading company who is engaged in Supplying foodstuff to local market and neighborhood countries. We are trying to find potential suppliers for the possible needs we find time to time from our customers in the area. We have had a chance to visit your website and check its content thoroughly. We believe there might be good chances to study the feasibility of having coordination on our Private Labeling or through your own possible brands.
While visiting, we have understood that you are offering Edible Oil Products like: Rapeseed, Soya, Safflower, Groundnut, Sesame, Walnut, etc. which could be of our interest and we are ready to review your terms and conditions. In first step, we can brief some of our concerns for your kind attention. Kindly note:
1- We would like to have our orders for "private labeling" on correct basis and on feasible dates and terms, too. The main market we are concentrating at present is our neighbor country, Iran with lots of population and high demands and of course with their complexities. At present, Iranian importers are concerned about two things:
a. Complicated formalities for import of foodstuffs which make the project difficult for normal trades to start any type of business
b. Arranging acceptable payments to Foreign suppliers which these days are shifted to UAE / Dubai banks for safe transmission
2- Thankfully, we are now working for many years with our associates in Iran and are fully aware of what is needed for entering into this difficult but potential market. Besides, we are providing payments through Dubai banking system for suppliers to facilitate deals and provide certainty to them.
3- Our associates in Iran are dealing with most of the chain stores (i.e. Shahrvand of 30 branches, Etka of 3 branches, Refah of 120 branches and Seph of 20 branches). We can add the distribution channels of serving big supermarkets in capital and center of provinces, too. They are heading by skillful staffs and experienced managers whom would guarantee continuation of the deals in the territory.
4- The main target for us would be to receive the final 12 digit license number from Ministry of Health in Iran for your company so that once and for ever you could be registered for having the export of any kind of Edible oils to Iran. This means by having close coordination and correct understanding, we both could pass formalities quickly and efficiently.
5- To be more familiar with you, please let us know if you have already engaged with any party in Iran and if you have sold any type of your products in Middle East countries? Please name them.
6- Normally, updated certificates of: HACCP,GMP, BRC, IFS, ISO22000, HALAL, ISO9001 would be required for the authorities. We shall be pleased to know how many of these certificates are available and if you have already provided Iranian authorities with such updated/ valid ones through yourselves or any third party? Could you please provide us with copies / images of those being available with you?
B. Regards,
Ahmad Akbarpour
Commercial Director
