We invite you to provide us your most competitive commercial/Technical offer as specs below for the product PET bottles, caps and handle for MAKKAH ZAMZAM project as the following:
- Capacity (Estimated) = 73,000,000 preform / year, 73,000,000 cap / year, 73,000,000 handle / year.
Neck finish = 48mm.
Perform weight =130 gr.
Bottle volume = 10 L.
Bottle content = water.
- All the design calculations have to be submitted for the cap & handle.
- Delivery time has to be end of 2009, Batch every two months (Makkah almokarramah).
- We have the pleasure if you provide us budgetary offer for a minimum contract period of one year.
- Your offer has to be as formula according the raw material price.
Please find attached some drawings for a proposed Preform, and typical Cap & Handle.
Preform
SMI will blow sample-bottles with few of the attached 125 gr. perform. Trials will be done on several physical aspects. Depending on the results of these trials, minor changes may be done to the design and/or weight of the new preform. If such changes are requested and after reaching an agreement together, we may ask you to supply the new sample-preforms (requiring a sample-mold) for further tests. In all cases, the preform should be free of patent-liabilities.
Caps & Handles
Your design should be similar to the attached drawings (48/40 mm), Caps and Handles should match the preform Neck, and should be free of patent-liabilities.
