Brand building of current product lines into leading brands within their toy segment. Create plans for product line positioning / identification, PR / publicity, brand building & awareness activities.
Leading communication efforts about product lines through development of various marketing materials and activities for use by merchandisers and sales staff. Sales presentations, product catalogues, organize trade shows, booth design, marketing activities around these events.
Website development & other online community building such as Facebook and Twitter.
Materials & activities for the benefit of end consumer / public (website, PR, magazine & 3rd party website reviews, etc).
have strong computer design skills with experience using them in consumer goods companies: web design, graphic design, catalogue design & layout. Experience in marketing roles in large toy multinationals Lead market research activities to use as basis for marketing plan for various product lines. Set & achieve product line goals (revenue, placement, market development).
Lead merchandisers and/or sales staff in sales related activities to create interest in various product lines.
Assist in new product development as it relates to effective product positioning and communication objectives.
