Solicito amablemente me sea resuelto el problema que tengo con su almacén, ya que en el compre una casa de la Barbie, adjunto el correo con la especificación del producto, dicho artículo nunca llego a su destino tal y como se evidencia en la imagen adjunto, en dicha evidencia se muestra que el artículo fue devuelto por FEDEX a sus oficinas en Rancho Cucamonga, también les envío el cobro de los artículos en la Tarjeta de Crédito MasterCard, los cuales todos llegaron menos el artículo en mención.
Este pedido fue colocado a Nombre de Natalia Montoya la cual vive en la dirección que aparece en el correo adjunto, ella se comunicó con ustedes telefónicamente y le dijeron que el paquete si lo tenían en el almacén y que sería enviado el día 20 de Diciembre, hasta el momento no ha llegado, pero ella se comunicó con ustedes nuevamente y ya le dicen que el paquete no existe.
Por favor me aclaran esta situación.
