I contacted your company via phone today and was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I called with a concern about the trampoline replacement net I purchased via ebay. The net is suppose to be for a 13 ft. trampoline, but does not reach around the trampoline to secure properly. Basically your rep said that your company won't do anything about it because it has been beyond your return policy and that nobody else has had that concern. When I asked if I could get directions or look up on line how to install it because nothing came with the parts, she told me that she didn't know anything because your company just sells the products and that you get it from overseas and there is no way to contact that company (hard to believe if you order things to sell from them!). I apologize for the negative email, but I am frustrated by the lack of polite service or the backing of your product.
I hope this can be resolved.
