I am writing to you in the name of Hungary oldest sweeteners manufacturer company. My name is Balazs Szasz and I am leading the import procurement group. Our company has been established in 1952 and we are producing sweeteners from 1957. There was a management change in the last months and now we are looking for new international suppliers who can fulfil our high-standards and requirements from the prospective of the used materials.
In the first step I am sending to you an excel sheet which consists of the materials what we are using in our factory.
I would like to ask you
to fill out the material rows in the excel sheet (price, MOQ, etc.) which you can deliver us,
to send me the product specifications to the products which are available,
to send me the "terms and conditions" in regard to payment and shipping.

VERY IMPORTANT: we are opened to use better quality products (e.g.: more concentrated solution, etc.) so please calmly ask you to advise opportunities which are available in your product line.
We are located in Hungary, Budapest but please keep in mind that we are opened to organize the delivery from any warehouse/ferry in all over the world.
If you are not selling all of the materials which are in the excel sheet but you know trustworthy sellers, please feel free to recommend to us.
We are also seeking for partners in the topic of packaging materials. If you are selling or you know any supplier who are producing boxes/feeders/stickers/etc., please feel free to recommend to us. Check our website (www.politur.hu) that which packaging materials we are using.
COAs are attached to the RFP - we are using two difference of stevia powders (Ra 60% and Ra 98%).
Our short-term goal to order one, full container material which can supply approximately half-year material consumption.
