I am writing to ask you for your help. I returned a broken K-styler to the Wallingford, CT (USA) location per the Limited Lifetime Warranty on repairs. It has been a month now and I have not heard from anyone. Customer service phone number 1-973-287-5181 is not willing to help me because I did not buy the K-styler through them. I bought the K-styler on August 24th and it broke on September 25. I sent the broken K-styler to the Connecticut location because that is what the Limited Lifetime Warranty said to do and I have not heard back from anyone. The K-styler worked great for the time I had it. It makes my wife very happy when she uses it. As of now, I just want my broken K-styler back so I can try to fix it myself. My wife's happiness and hair depend on it. Any help you can give me to resolve the missing K-styler would be greatly appriciated. Thanks, Tom Ford ***
