We are pleased to inform you that Art Yarn Exports has started supply of cotton yarn from the latest Swiss Rieter ring spinning plant in India. The plant is latest with State Art of machineries and started its commercial production recently and producing top international quality in the count range of 20 to 40 in carded and combed with very low contamination made with Indian cotton both for knitting and weaving.
· We spin yarn between counts Ne 20’s and Ne 40’s carded & combed, Single for weaving and knitting. We are producing 600 MT of yarn every month around 30 containers / month.
· We are using Sankar 6 cotton of Gujarat, which is the best available cotton in the Indian market and having good dyeing guarantee.
· All yarns are wound on the latest Schlafhorst 338 Autoconers with Siro Cleaned electronic clearers for contamination removal
· All yarns are twist-set on the latest Swiss Xorella Autoclave machine.
· A Rieter Computerised Contamination Removal System has been installed in our Blow Room to make ensure lowest level of contamination.
· We have also commissioned total modernized ginning plant for cotton raw material with imported machines at Rajkot in Gujarat for Sankar 6 cotton and using our own cotton in the spinning plant.

Our yarn is well approved in markets like, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Peru, Argentina, Spain, Portugal, USA, Bangladesh, Belgium, Colombia, Egypt, Turkey and with the addition of 27000 spindles in our group, we will achieve new milestone in the International market for providing good quality cotton yarns at a competitive price.
