We Al Qassim Health water factory has been established in 1981 to produce healthy water in different sizes of bottles, starting at that time with the three sizes 1.5L, 0.65L&5L bottles with an annual total production capacity of 90 million liters of water.
Al Badayah has been exceptionally selected for the establishment of the plant because of its known and distinguished excellent quality of raw water regarding the chemical contents suitable for the human being drinking.
The factory produces water in highly hygienic environment using the latest technology with sophisticated filling lines .With in the factory is a laboratory equipped with high-tech supporting instruments .Al Qassim Health Water Factory enjoys an efficient and quick production from manufacturing the bottles to filling line. Manufacturing the bottle covers until labeling the brand name in each bottle. All these machines are fully automatic and set under one roof –The production is supervised by integrated group of highly qualified technicians assuring a product meeting international standards.
The source of water are deep wells which are located 1Km away from the plant and geologically very rich source of water .The No of well are two which are periodically changed after 3 months of consumption period the depth of all these wells are in the range of 80-100mtrs .The water is sucked by submersible pump s through high quality S S pipes &transferred through PVC pipes (Food Grade) to the Under ground Storage tanks which are located with the plant.
And we have distribution branches through out Saudi Arabia, and we have around 200 vehicles for distribution, and it will be around 300 by end of this year.
