Last july I bought an Iriver E-10 to you through Roadpal by Ebay. Now it doesn’t work and I do not know how to contact the warranty service.
I live in Europe and we don’t have a custormers service here. I have talked with Ebay and with Paypal, and they have both recommended me to come to an agreement with the seller but I have written you several times and received no answer. I don’t know if the addresses I have written to are wrong, (***avsenseinc.com; ***avsenseinc.com; *** )
I also wrote to you through this web page and I am not receiving any answer. I have paid for an mp4 that includes a one year warranty, and I would like to make it effective before the date expires. I have been trying to solve this problem for the last six weeks, and I have had no answer in all this time.
I would be very grateful for your quick reply and for your help to obtain a solution to my problem.
