My name is Nina, I am the head product developer of a company called Queen Zaria. We are a lingerie company working on comfortable bras and panties for women who have undergone surgery related to breast cancer. None of the bras are to have underwire and must be fully lined. We are looking to make both padded and non-padded bras.
Initially, we would want to start on small quantities and develop into larger orders as time goes by. We are looking for a factory we can trust to provide quality construction, and perform within the set time frames.
We have a few questions about your factory before we go ahead with any samples.
1. What is the minimum bulk order that we can do? (Is that per style/size/colour?)
2. Do you do your own fabric and trims sourcing? (If we send samples of what we want, can you find something similar in China to cut down costs?)
3. Do you have your own patternmaker? (Do we have to send you patterns in all sizes or can you work from a single sample and spec sheet?)
4. How long do you need (average) to make a minimum bulk order amount? (enables us to plan out our timeline)
5. Do you have a set price for samples? What is it?
6. Can swing tags, brand labels, care labels and packaging be done through your factory (or elsewhere in China that you can work with) or will we have to send those to you?
