I purchased a pair of your sunglasses through a reseller (hannulink). The sunglasses broke in less than a month of very normal use. I was taking my glasses off (I did not yank it) taking it off my right temple first, andthe frame snapped right by the nose piece. I have multiple witnesses who can confirm that this was the case, and they were shocked by the fact that this happened.
The company, Hannulink has not responded to my requests for a replacement and they stated that once I wore the sunglasses they would not replace them. Ultimately, the responsibility falls to the manufacturer, which is your company. I assume that this is an issue unique to the pair of sunglasses that I purchased and that you have not manufactered an inherently faulty product. I believe that a replacement is appropriate.
