As you are aware, Ontex - a producer of hygiene consumer articles - have developed a knowledge database, in which all available data on our raw materials is being stored.
In the past you have been so kind as to deliver a number of documents to us, in order to complete this database.
However, some of the documents have expired now, so we kindly ask you to send us an update before July 28.
The documents concerning Conformity Declaration, Technical Datasheet and Material Safety Datasheet need to be checked every two years; we actually need to receive from you three newly updated, dated and signed documents. Thanks for using enclosed templates for Conformity Declaration.
Please deliver the requested data as separate files, mentioning each time the Q-number + the type of document.
We will be needing an updated version of the MSD and of the Confirmation Declaration (I will send the blank form of the CD when you contact me via e-mail) of the following product:
