I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY YOUR COMPANY. I PLACED AN ORDER ALMOST 3WEEKS AGO AND IT TOOK THIS LONG JUST FOR YOUR COMPANY TO HAND ME A SITE TO TRACK MY ITEMS AND FAILED TO PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER, TO MAKE MATTERS WORST, I CALL THE NUMBER PROVIDED AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED IN 2WEEKS TIME, THE ITEMS PURCHASED ARE XMAS GIFTS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET. IF NO ONE PROVIDES ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER TODAY. I WANT A FULL REFUND. PLEASE RESPOND IMMEDIATELY.
