we are newly established RTS fruit drink processing company. we are going to produce RTs drink using fresh fruits.therefore two main processes are involved with the manufacturing process.
1. fruit juice processing
2. product manufacturing
our aim is to produce 150000 litres of fruit drink per month. there are 25 working days per month. from that we'll produce fruit juice within 3-5 days of a monthm, while product manufacturing will be done within 20 days per a month. working hours per day will be 8.
1. fruit juice processing
fresh fruits will be sorted, washed,crushed,pulped.then the juice will be extracted, pasteurized and stored within the cold room within the plastic barells.
2. product manufacturing.
in this part the sugar syrup will be prepared by dissolving and mixing sugar,citric acid and water together in a stem jacketed mixer. it is then filtered.
weight fruit juice will be fast thawed within the steam jacketed kettle. filtered sugar syrup will be sent into that steam jacketed kettle and stirred. then mixer is heated while stirring at 70 centigrate for about 15 minutes. the heated mixture is then sent to filling machune. the product at 60 centigrate will be filled into pet bottles of 200ml, 350ml, 500ml, 2 l.

9. Steam jacketed kettle – 500 l and 1000 l
10. Pet bottle filling machine – 3000-4000 bottles/hr
11. Mixing tank( for filling machine) – 500 l
12. Labeling machine – 3000-4000 bottles/hr
