Allow me to tell you a little bit more about our company. We have been in the motorcycle industry for 8 years now. Our Core business being Nano Gelified motorcycle batteries which last a lot longer then the conventional batteries that you can find in the market. We are both manufacturers and exporters of batteries, spark plug, engine oil, halogen bulbs. Our export profile includes countries like Greece, South Africa, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Australia and Singapore.
With much success in our core business, we have since 2006 expanded and started to produce high quality carbon fiber and have since exported them to countries like England, Canada, Italy, Australia and Malaysia.
Our manufacturing capacity is around 1000 - 1500 pcs monthly. We will be looking to shift to a larger plant to meet with our growing orders
should there be a need for it. But do be rest assured that up till date, we have successfully met all our orders.
Order Quantity.

The quantity is pegged at 10 pcs per part. For example, if you were to order a ducati 916 heel plates, it would have to be at least 10 pcs.
Manufacturing process.

Our carbon fiber like others in the market consist of two materials: Resin and Fabric. The difference is that instead of polyester resin, we use Epoxy resin and Carbon fiber fabric.
Reason for not using polyester resin are as follows,
1. Polyester Resin has a blueish finish instead of a clear finish.
2. Polyester Resin is inflexible and will spider crack at the mere tough of bending.
3. Excessive amounts of polyester resin needs to be used burning the molding process adds considerable weight to the product thus defeating the purpose of purchasing light weight carbon fiber.
4. Polyester will shrink over time and alter the shape of the product.
5. Polyester resin is not uv resistant and will turn yellow over time.
Why we use Epoxy Resin,
1. Extremely flexible. The flexibility allows carbon fiber to absorb a high level of impact force without breaking.
2. Epoxy resin does not spider crack. When epoxy resin reaches its maximum bending potential, it will form a single crack at stress point.
3. epoxy resin has a transparent finish that allows the deep 3d appearance of the carbon fiber to show through.
4. epoxy resin does not shrink.
5. epoxy resin is 100% UV resistant.
We use 2 layers of carbon fiber and a silk glass product called avio fiber to seal the edges and overlapping carbon fiber to prevent splinters and smooth transition in layers. For our molds, we too uses epoxy resin and carbon fiber as they can withstand the high heat of our molding and vacuuming processes.
