Dear Sirs,
please see my website, what i`m using cork for.
I look for agglomerated cork in sheets or rolls with a thickness from 6,
8 and 10 mm is interisting for me.
It is highly recommended, that the cork sheets or rolls are (in respect
to the glue) absolutely
water- and saltwalter resistent and of course the glue has to be
UV-resistant.
I think over about a fine quality (for example: granulated with 1 or 1,5
mm) may be with polyuretane used as glue.
If you like I can send a sample of my favorit material.
Would you please be so kind and offer me cork sheets (at least 2000x1000
mm) or cork rolls (if possible in respect of the thickness) with
specification of the length of that cork-matarial, fixed on these rolls
and please give up also the current prices for cif Papenburg/Germany.
For the moment I believe, that sheets from 2000 mm x 1000 mm up to 2500
mm x 1500 mm would be the best choice for my purposes.
Data sheet enclosed.
During last years I always received agglomerated cork, granulated in one
piece over the whole length (2000 mm x 900 mm) .Cutted in the
recommended thickness and on one side sanded .
Suddenly my supplier is not longer able to deliver in this dimensions
and quality. They offer a similar product, but this sheets are cutted
out from 3 corkblocks (930 x 630 mm each) compressed and glued to 1
block 1890 x 930 mm. Too, these 3 small cork-blocks are different colored.
The former optical flat is ruined because of different colored blocks
and 2 ugly stripes of glue on the sheets.
I canĀ“t offer it to my customers for this special use.
From the above mentioned type of Cork we need sheets with thickness 6
and 8 mm.
For special orders sometimes also 10 mm.
A would much appreciate, if you are able to offer me such quality and
such measures.
Best regards,
Franz Stapelbroek
