DAMAGED loft bed

I ordered a loft bed through Amazon that came from your company. Very disappointed in the condition we recieved it in. The end-rail (part D)was dented/buckled and the desk had a HUGE chunk missing from the one corner, exposing the partical board underneath. I am sure the desk had to have left the factory already damaged, because there was not any of the missing plastic anywhere to be found in the box. The end-rail COULD have been damaged in shipping??
