The egg products are as follows: egg white powder with the following approximate features: moisture – appr. 8%, protein – appr. 78%, egg yolk powder: dissolvability – 40%, moisture – appr. 4% and whole egg powder: dissolvability – 95 %, moisture - appr. 4.5%.
